Prices for 2010

Low Season 13th March - 2nd April 2010 - £750 Per Week
Mid Season 3rd April - 16th April - £950 Per Week
Low Season 17th April - 28th May £750 Per Week 
High Season 29th May - 4th June - £1200 Per Week
Mid Season 5th June - 16th July - £950 Per Week

High Season 17th July - 3rd September 2009 - £1200 Per Week
Mid Season 4th September - 17th September - £950 Per Week
Low Season 18th September Onwards

All of the above includes bedlinen.  We are able to change you bedlinen on request at Euro 15 per bed.  Including Towels.

All bookings are Saturday to Saturday.  Arrival Time 16.00 and departure time 10.00.

Please note that all beds must be stripped and house must be left totally clean.  We reserve the right to charge at Euro15 per hour for cleaning after departure.

25% of the total price is payable on booking.  The remaining balance will be due on the 1st of the month preceeding your arrival.

There is a Euro 500 security deposit due on arrival in cash.  This will be refunded, once everything has been found to be in order.
