Fishing and BoatingThere are many places in the local area where you can go for a spot of fishing. There are excellent spots If you wish to take to the water you have many options. Down in Casseneuil which is on the banks of the Lot you are able to hire Canoes and larger boats. The canoes are excellent fun and you can either venture down the Lot of along a smaller tributary which weaves around the historic Casseneuil. all along the Lot River which runs within 2 KM from La Gabache. Also there are fishing lakes in many villages, for example Cancon and Monflanquin.
